Private Sessions

  • Private sessions have a 1 year expiration

  • Appointments are booked based on instructor & client availability

  • 24 hour cancellation policy applies; appointments cancelled short of 24 hours will be charged for the full session rate

FAQ's

Class Packages:

  • Packages have a 3 month expiration from sale date

  • Classes are automatically deducted from package once a session is booked

  • A 12 hour cancellation policy applies to classes. Any class cancelled short of 12 hours is considered a late cancel and the penalty is a full class. No exceptions, please.

Class Membership Auto-Renew:

  • How Many Classes are in a Membership? Class Memberships are sold as 8 & 12 Class packages, billed monthly.

  • What is the expiration on membership classes? Classes must be used within 30 day period; no roll-overs. No exceptions.

  • Can I book my classes with priority? Clients receive priority booking option while under contract only. Contact the studio to request a monthly reservation, based on availability. You can cancel these and adjust schedule as you wish online.

  • How does auto renew work? Auto-renew is charged every month until cancelled. An updated credit card must be on file. 

  • Is there a long term commitment? Nope! A 2 Month commitment is required at start of contract; continues as month to month after initial period. 

  • Contract Cancellation Policy: 10 day email notice prior to auto-pay date is required

  • What if I need an extra class before auto renew? Additional classes may be purchased at reduced rate while under contract. These are available under Pilates Classes in Retail/Online Store.

  • Does late cancel apply? 12 Hour late cancellation policy applies; no exceptions.

  • I have a current package off the membership; what happens to these classes? These classes will remain on your account for use with regular 3 month expiration.
